Phonopack produces printed 12″ box-style covers for labels, pressing plants, and individual vinyl releases, in both small and large runs. The design is realised in digital printing — single-colour or four-colour, single-sided or double-sided, full-surface or with targeted design elements.
The covers are produced exactly to your print template and are available either with two centre holes or without a centre hole. Made from robust 305 gsm GC1 cardboard — a multi-layer chromo board made from pulp or pulp board, mechanical wood pulp, or wood-free recycled paper, with a coated, smooth surface — the box-style covers offer optimal protection for vinyl records and a high-quality, stable packaging solution. Measuring 310 × 315 mm with a 3 mm spine, they provide ample space for paper or PVC inner sleeves and ensure precise-fit, secure storage of your records.
On versions with a centre hole, it is matched exactly to the size of the record label, so the pressing stays visible at all times without having to remove the record.
