Phonopack produces printed 12″ inner sleeves for labels, pressing plants, and individual vinyl releases, in both small and large runs. The design is realised in digital printing — single-colour or four-colour, single-sided or double-sided, full-surface or with targeted design elements.
The inner sleeves are produced exactly to your print template and are available either with two centre holes or without a centre hole. They are made from the high-quality graphic paper Amber Graphic, which is distinguished by a warm amber tone. The fine surface ensures brilliant print results and a pleasant feel. With a weight of 90 gsm, the inner sleeves offer a stable yet lightweight solution for protecting records inside the cardboard cover. Measuring 305 × 310 mm, they are optimally matched to 12″ vinyl and allow for safe, precise-fit storage.
On versions with a centre hole, it is cut exactly to the size of the record label, so the pressing stays visible at all times without having to remove the record.
